FAQ’s

Q: Deadline for Registration?

A: The Pre-registration deadline is 30 days prior to the first day of the academy. We do this to provide ample time for ordering T-shirts, additional gear, and soccer balls. You can register on the start date however we can not guarantee shirt sizes or availability of soccer balls and/or other gear.

Q: Any Discounts Offered?

A: Yes! We offer a family discount of $10.00 off each sibling’s tuition for multi-sibling families. In addition, we offer team discounts assuming the team consists of at least 14 players (please refer to the club/team camp link).

Q: How will I know if an academy is full?

A: Because we have reserved soccer fields for the entire day, we have the ability to be very flexible with our academies. Should we reach a number of players we feel would hinder the development of the individual, we will offer an additional afternoon session for those players who registered late. Should we reach full capacity; families will be notified on our homepage.

Q: When will I receive confirmation?

A: Should you pre-register, you will receive an email confirmation 14 days prior to a start date. Otherwise, you will receive payment verification at the time of payment on the first day of the academy.

Q: Can I pay by Credit Card?

A: NCFA accepts payment in the form of cash, check, or money order. For the safety of the club and its participants, we respectfully refuse payment by credit or debit card.

Q: What if I forget to pay my balance before the start of the Academy?

A: We understand people can be forgetful when it comes to paperwork. Should you forget to mail your payment along with your registration, we will process your information and place your file in Pending status. You will need to pay any remaining balance before your son or daughter may participate in the NCFA (No Exceptions).

Q: Can I enroll my child on the first day of the Academy?

A: We encourage players to pre-register but understand varying circumstances. Any player can enroll on the first day of the academy however we can not guarantee sizing and/or availability of other products (such as soccer balls and apparel). Payment must be made in full before a player can attend.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: A player can withdraw from the NCFA and expect a full refund of their money assuming: We receive written notification of cancellation 14 days prior to the first day of the academy.
**Should your child fail to attend and we did not receive a notice of cancellation in writing, no refund will be granted.
